Update November 16, 2018

Sewer system still the hold up.  Bids are coming in.  There is a pump that is supposed to be outside but is currently located under the deck (area that was going to turn into a wine cellar until sewage thing was noticed).  But there are talks with the city and such to see who is responsible for moving it.
